Welcome to\u00a0<\/span>Skinfluence\u00a0<\/span>(\u201cSkinfluence,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d). By accessing our website, booking
\nan appointment, purchasing products or services, or receiving treatment at our clinic, you agree
\nto be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n


\nIf you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>1. Medical Disclaimer<\/span><\/h2>\n

Skinfluence is a medical aesthetics clinic offering cosmetic and skin-related treatments. Some
\nservices are medical procedures and may only be performed by licensed medical professionals
\nunder Alberta law.
\nAll information provided on our website, social media, or in-clinic materials is for\u00a0<\/span>informational
\npurposes only\u00a0<\/span>and does not constitute medical advice. Individual results may vary. No
\nguarantees are made regarding outcomes.
\nClients are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete medical histories prior to treatment.

2. Eligibility for Services
\n<\/span><\/h2>\n

You must be at least\u00a0<\/span>18 years of age\u00a0<\/span>to receive treatments unless written parental or guardian
\nconsent is provided and accepted by Skinfluence.
\nWe reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for medical, safety, or professional reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>3. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>\u25cf Appointments must be booked in advance.
\n\u25cf We require at least\u00a0<\/span>48 hours\u2019 notice\u00a0<\/span>for cancellations or rescheduling.<\/span>
\n\u25cf Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a\u00a0<\/span>cancellation fee\u00a0<\/span>or forfeiture of a
\ndeposit.
\n\u25cf Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation without refund.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>4. Deposits and Payments<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>\u25cf Certain treatments may require a\u00a0<\/span>non-refundable deposit\u00a0<\/span>at the time of booking.
\n\u25cf Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
\n\u25cf Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit card, debit, etc.].<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>5. Refunds and Returns<\/span><\/h2>\n

\n7. Results and Risks<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>All cosmetic and medical aesthetic treatments carry risks and potential side effects. Results vary
\nbetween individuals and are not guaranteed.
\nSkinfluence is not responsible for unsatisfactory results where proper care instructions were
\nfollowed and treatment was performed according to professional standards.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>8. Aftercare and Client Responsibility<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>Clients are responsible for:
\n\u25cf Following all pre- and post-treatment instructions
\n\u25cf Reporting adverse reactions promptly
\n\u25cf Attending follow-up appointments if recommended
\nFailure to follow instructions may affect results and void any corrective considerations.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>9. Privacy and Personal Health Information<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>Skinfluence complies with Alberta\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>Health Information Act (HIA)\u00a0<\/span>and applicable privacy laws.
\nYour personal and health information will be collected, used, and stored securely for treatment,
\nbilling, and legal purposes. We will not share your information without consent unless required
\nby law.

\n<\/span>10. Intellectual Property<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>All content, branding, logos, images, and materials associated with Skinfluence are the property
\nof Skinfluence and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n11. Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinfluence, its owners, employees, contractors, and
\nmedical professionals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
\narising from the use of our services or facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>12. Indemnification<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skinfluence from any claims, damages, or expenses
\narising from:
\n\u25cf Misrepresentation of medical history
\n\u25cf Failure to follow aftercare instructions
\n\u25cf Violation of these Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>13. Amendments<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>Skinfluence reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms
\nwill be posted on our website or available in-clinic.
\nContinued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.<\/span><\/p>\n
